Soup Kitchen 2.8
Welcome back to my blog! I didn't think I'd say this but I'm sad that this genius hour is done. I really enjoyed spending my time at the soup kitchen and made a few connections. On the other hand in some ways I'm glad to be done because I realized time management is such a big key point during this all. It took some time trying to balance time into my schedule for the soup kitchen but I got the hang of it. My goal was to go at least once a week and that changed due to time. I still tried to go once a week and succeeded for the most part but there were a few times where I couldn't. Make it but went the next week. If I learned one lesson it was that it doesn't much to volunteer or help. For the longest time, I wanted to donate my time, but felt as if I didn't have time. False. Once you learn how to time manage, you realize you have a lot more free time then you think. The soup kitchen took anywhere from one hour to two at max. It doesn't take much time to...
